What type of skips do you offer and what sizes?

We offer skips to suit all jobs, from mini skips which can handle a small clearout, to RORO (Roll On Roll Off) skips which can take care of even the biggest projects.

We have over 600 skips and a fleet of trucks to suit all purposes, which means that we are always ready and able to respond to a customers needs. We pride ourselves on offering excellent service and value for money. Give us a call to discuss the options available to you and also to get a quote.

Are you fully licensed to dispose of waste?

Yes. Our staff are trained to the highest WAMITAB (Waste Management Industry and Advisory Board) standards. This, along with our ISO 14001 accreditation, means that Batesy is recognised as being fully licensed to handle waste in a way that is friendly to the environment.

Do you offer other services apart from Skip Hire?

We offer a range of other services including, but not limited to, waste clearance, muck shifting, tipping facilities and hire, scrap metal removal and also gravel supplies.

What happens to my waste after it is collected?

Once collected, the waste is taken to our Licensed Waste Transfer Station, where professionals sort through the waste to see what can be recycled. We recycle some waste into top soil and also take safely care of materials that cannot be recycled like fluorescent tubes, chemicals and oil.

Can I collect some Top Soil? What is it used for?

We sell top soil in tons, both loose and in bags, which can be collected from our depot on Duncrue Pass or delivered straight to your door in a matter of hours.

Top soil is the nutrient rich top layer of soil which is fantastic for cultivating healthy plants.

Do you offer your services outside of Belfast?

We operate mainly from Belfast, but try our best to provide our services to people across Northern Ireland. If you let us know where you are and what you need, we'll be able to tell you how we can help.
